Senator Taylor offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, line 16: Delete "the proposed subsistence moose hunting regulations for the Kenai Peninsula" Insert "any subsistence regulations which conflict with the Alaska State Constitution" 1995-05-16 Senate Journal Page 1916 HJR 48 Senator Taylor moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Salo objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
